Return & Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you can return it for a full refund. Simply let us know within 15 days of receiving your order.
You can contact us at email@example.com and be sure to include the order number.
Please note you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The item I received was damaged
We are sorry to hear the item you received was damaged. Please take photos of both the damaged product and the packaging, and let us know by messaging firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a replacement.
How to initiate a return
We offer 15 day returns, which means you can return your order if you notify us within 15 calendar days of receiving it. You then have another 15 days to send the artwork back.
Returns can be initiated at email@example.com. Please be sure to include the order number.
Once we received the item back, we will issue a full refund to your original payment within 7 business days.
All returned items must be in its original condition.
Our Print Lab works 24x7, in most cases your order will start to process within 30 minutes of receipt. For this reason, we cannot usually cancel an order once placed. Please contact us anyway with your order number and we will see what we can do.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
