Celebrate humanity's return to deep space — prints from the first crewed mission beyond Earth orbit since Apollo 17.

    What's in This Collection

On April 1, 2026, NASA launched Artemis II — the first crewed mission beyond low Earth orbit since Apollo 17 in December 1972. After a 54-year gap, four astronauts aboard the Orion spacecraft flew around the Moon, reaching 4,067 miles above the far side. Commander Reid Wiseman, Pilot Victor Glover, Mission Specialist Christina Koch, and CSA Mission Specialist Jeremy Hansen set a new distance record of 252,756 miles from Earth, surpassing the mark held by the Apollo 13 crew since 1970. This collection features views of the Moon's far side seen through human eyes for the first time, the Orion spacecraft against deep space, and our planet as a distant blue sphere receding behind the lunar horizon.

    Why These Images Stand Out

These are photographs from the frontier of human spaceflight — the first crewed mission to deep space in over half a century. The Artemis II imagery marks the beginning of a new era of exploration beyond Earth. Unlike robotic missions, these views were witnessed firsthand by a crew of four, making them the spiritual successors to the iconic Apollo photography that changed how humanity sees itself.

    Available Print Formats

Every print is available on metal, canvas, premium paper, and fine art. Metal brings the deep blacks of space and bright lunar terrain to life with striking luminosity. Fine art prints on archival cotton rag provide the tonal depth prized by collectors.
